This is a beautiful PAIR of photo frames from the Art Deco period, handmade from oak having a fan design and with glass inserts, which we date to circa 1930.
 
Finding a genuine pair is rare!
 
Both pieces have been very well made out of oak, with angular fan shaped sides on a stepped base with bevelled edges. The side supports hold a clear glass rectangle behind which a photograph can be fitted as per the images.  The pair are "Handed" with a left and right hand frame, with the fan sides being higher to opposite sides.
 
Overall, a very decorative and useful PAIR of Art Deco Photo frames.
