This is a good black basalt small Flowerpot, made by Wedgwood and dating to the early 20th century, Circa 1920s.

The piece is well potted in a traditional flowerpot shape with an everted rim having a wavy edge.

The decoration shows a continuous relief moulded diamond weave trellis pattern around the outer pot, with flowers and leaves growing up the trellis, all in good detail. The pot is fully marked to the base with impressed WEDGWOOD, with another impressed number or letter, as per the images. Overall a good piece of Wedgwood black basalt with no damage.
